the big picture

I was born in Miami and raised among books and gadgets. No surprise, then, that my passions growing up were always writing and technology. Now I get to combine them to tell stories for a living.

Whether personally or professionally, I give words great importance. How they sound together in a sentence. How they appear beside visual elements. The meanings or double-meanings they carry. I love combining words to produce deliberate effects.

I also read a lot. Tech news, mostly, but a good mystery novel here and there can be a real treat.
